Delete Your Account

This page permanently deletes the church.software mobile app account tied to the username/email and password you enter below. This is the same action available from Profile → Delete Account inside the app - use this page if you no longer have the app installed.

What happens when you delete your account:

Your login is disabled immediately and cannot be used again.
Your name, photo, bio, phone number, birth date, and email are removed from your profile and from your church's member directory.
Push notifications to all of your devices are turned off.

What is retained:

Posts, comments, attendance, and financial/giving records you're associated with remain in your church's records for operational, legal, and tax purposes, but are no longer linked to your identifying information.
